The line manager should ensure that the new team member has the appropriate team merch laid out on their desk for their first day.
This includes but is not limited to: (please let the new team member know that these are optional)
- Shirt (size TBA → to be asked during Welcome Email Template (SOP).
- Hoodies (applicable during winter only)
